Small cottage, big problem…
This property was a small cottage that needed much more space for living. We worked with the client to extend the property and designed a unique kitchen and dining area for this space.
The rest of the house had to be supported during the build, which we’ve done many times with success.
Unlocking the full potential of the property.
A brand new living space was achieved, maximising the use of this property. We extended the property, raised the cramped ceiling and installed a new purpose-built kitchen in the space.
We also added bi-fold doors to allow access to the garden. Great for a summer’s day party or just relaxing when it’s warm out.
